    Your 'readiness rating' of 50% is your starting level. As your Militrary Strength is 5,039 you loose half of it due to the 50% bit giving you your Effective Military Strength (EMS). You only increase beyond 50% by playing Multiplayer. Before you go into your final battle you need to exceed Minimum (younalready have). The higher your EMS the easier the final battle will be.     I think this'll only affect your Master and Commander achievement but you may have that already, you'll have to check. There's a few achievements only possible from Multiplayer too. Have you fixed that yet?
