    Oh! Please let me help you!! When you find the place that you want to post pause the game with the Home Button, press the Miiverse icon and then press the Post button. Then on the top right of the screen there will be an icon. Press it and choose the image that you want to post (The top one is what is being shown on the TV, and the bottom one is what is shown at the gamepad at the time you paused)

    You press home button then click on the Miiverse icon.Press post then there's a liitle icon in the top right corner.Press it then press either of the two screens.You may have to enter a message in the text box to post a screenshot.

    first, post while you're playing (obvious), then take a good look at the pad screen. It's a symbol at the right side of your screen.
