Once you become the owner of the café, the Manager gives you 'Key Requests' to complete to get your level up. Eventually you'll be able to host parties and if all the furniture, food and staff oufits all have the same theme, the Disney character associated with that theme will come to your cafe ^–^ Like for example, the next party I need to host has to be Snow White themed :)

As of right now, no :( But you eventually unlock the downloadable content section, where you can purchase the Pirates of the Caribbean world portal (amongst other things). It has a whole bunch of extra episodes! So maybe in the future, they might add more worlds to purchase :D
