    You have to kill sharks for the blue things. One is a shark fin, the other is shark skin. They're quite tough to kill, unless you can trap them :)

    The drop rates for resources from sharks is quite poor, particularly for fins. I killed 57 sharks in one session and received one fin, 15 shark steaks, 5 skins and 2 teeth. In the end, it was easier to trade for a fin. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, by the way.
