    Try moving the game from the USB Drive to your Wii U's internal memory. Your USB drive should have 2 USB port cable if it doesn't have an AC adapter.

    Yeah my USB HDD has two plugs & I've had to move games to my Wii U's HDD before, like with Wind Waker HD for example. This error never came up again so I didn't bother moving the game.
