    An interesting question. Talking about which game is objectively the best is rather impossible to do. A more appropriate term would be "most influential". In which case, it would probably be a tossup between The Legend of Zelda (save system, open-world, non-level-based gameplay) and Ocarina of Time (brought 3D gaming to a whole new level; countless games thereafter have learned from its example).
