  If that was the case it be too easy to S rank everything, defeating the object of the challenge. :/ Also on competitions more will be able to score higher as the Pokemon can't disrupt you. Finally it would make it pointless for the developers to make any future stages. Hence why it only lasts 50% of the timer/moves of a stage.

  Although you do have Pokemon with the ability Mind Zap (Absol, Shuppet and Kecleon) which resets the disruption counter of the Pokemon your facing. For example on the normal Ampharos stage, it's counter is set to 15. Anytime you mind zap it during this count down it goes back to 15. Makes the stage really easy to beat. :)

  Bug, Dark or Ghost types are the best to use. I used mega Heracross which wrecks him. Mega Gengar also a good choice. If you have it use Giratina too. It's best to do as many double swaps as you can. Wobbuffet isn't really hard, it's just unpredictable on where it spawns the metal blocks.
