    are you sure? i know some of this is new content but a loooot of the stuff they're adding and have added were already in the games files, they just locked it away so they can keep people coming back to the game which im not exactly ok with but tbh i would rather wait for a complete game anyway instead of getting bits and piece of it added in the future

    it's why idm games getting delayed (excluding duke nukem forever) because it means it's becoming more complete which i personally thing is what the devs of this game should've done (it wouldn't hurt sega to do that as well XD)

    Normally I'd agree, but not in Splatoon's case. It was a new IP with a unique type of gameplay. I think the developers knew it was important to ease players into it and dish features out slowly so that the game was understood by everyone. Splatoon could've failed if it had seemed too weird or overwhelming. Instead, it's been a massive success, so I think they were right. =)
