    i had the same feeling, it seems that alot of people think of the d.blades as the optimal weapon for the magala.

    ok, i'd still recommend trying to learn as many weapons as possible. In some of the later fights it could help A LOT to have something like a, shield. I also used to not use any other weapon, but the d.blades. but now i can use ALL 14 WEAPONS EFFECTIVELY. Heck, i barely use the d.blades anymore, i go for the charge blade in most of my fights.

    i stick to a rule, and that rule is to always fight fire with fire, by that i mean using fast weapons an fast monsters and slow on slow
