Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U

I was just playing classic mode as Wario, went to a fight against Pac-Man in Pac-Land, Pac-Man was replaced by giant DK, and when I got to the forest section, DK clipped through the floor. Has anything like this happened to you before?
