Side Quest OCD!

Does anyone else get this sorta side quest OCD in RPG's, where you have this weird compulsion to finish every single side quest? lol

    I spent around 150 hours on this game.. and loads of that was on side quests. xD

    Haha, yeah, I'm about 40 hours into the game and I just counted how many side quests I've done so far and it came to just over two hundred! O_O
