    Other complaints on Other M were like Samus needed Adam's authorization to use her abilities which some were annoyed about i.e. not being able to use Power Bombs. but if you were to put real life context, i.e. the high chance of friendly fire a Power bomb has, some might think Power bomb use is extremely dangerous to the other soldiers due to their wireless comms being down and...

    it just felt out of place to me like ellen ripley from aliens being told its to dangerous stay behind lol and samus has been betrayed before and shes a bounty hunter her willingness to take orders that put her in danger dosent fit the character they built up i just think the writer tried to change her into a typical female anime/video game character when samuss has allways stood out as different

    GF have lied to samus at least twice about metroids and come on lol metroid prime a backdraft took away her powers lol just after fighting a acid spewing alien that did nothing to her lol ow yeah GF also lied about taking samus infected suit for experiments

    Personally, I don't think that the GF were going to experiment on the pieces of her X infected Power Suit. The parts were held in the Quarantine Chamber to keep the X in check. Unluckily, the container holding the fragments of Samus' Power Suit was big enough for the pieces to form the SA-X, which, shortly after that, the SA-X detonated a Power Bomb while still inside that container.     Super Metroid is the perfect Metroidvania type game, while Fusion added story elements to the formula, so its very unlikely we will see another 2d title in the franchise. The Prime trilogy are considered as masterpieces, Other M tried to combine 2d and 3d, but failed miserably (aside from the horrendous story). If federal force is all we get, don't have hopes for new adventures with samus.

    I would *love* a new Super Metroid game; a natural successor to the original SFC/SNES masterpiece, but on a far greater scale. Like a Super Metroid but 4 or 8 times the size of the original world! Just imagine the atmosphere on todays hardware. You have a hardcore legion of Super Metroid fans clamouring for it. Just sayin', Nintendo! Now all we need to find is a marketing genius somewhere...

    I would definitely prefer a new game over a remake. While Other M was a disappointment, I would really enjoy seeing the series accomplish something similar to Prime with the new 2.5D style. In other words: it'd be best if the series continued to experiment with new stuff rather than rely on the old so heavily.
