  • Me too. Even though we will probably need to unlearn everything when we start playing with SF Zero's dual screen motion controls.

  • @Marty What do you think of Star Fox Zero, since it had its latest delay, to improve things? I honestly do think it looks better than before. As for the controls, well, a lot of people said motion controls just would not work, people just wouldn't get it. Nintendo have had hundreds of teaters on this game, and I am pretty sure (fingers crossed), they would not release the game if they thought

  • the controls were going to be very hard to impossible for a lot of players to pick up. For me anyway, it is just a case of learning a new type of control system. I am sure within a week or two, it will become second nature. All the DOOM sayers will crawl back, or say they were only 'Trolling' in the first place lol.

  • The game does look better with the delay to polish it up. I wouldn't say it's a great looking game but I think they've intentionally gone with a Star Fox 64 look. The motion controls in Splatoon show that they can work great when done properly. I'm sure the game will be good with just the lack of online multi being a disappointment.

  • Yeah, I agree. This would have been a great game for online play. I know the other game, StarFox Guard has level sharing capability. That aslo looks a good game, switching cameras, and trying to defend your base. To this day, I still say, a LOT of Wii U games do not have online play, as the Nintendo Network is not really capable of handling them. Just after launch, 'experts' were saying that

  • the Nintendo Network needs to be bigger, able to push and recieve much more data at a time, than it can already. Also, games have a lot of trouble communicating with the Nintendo Network. On the 360 and PS3, games were able to communicate up to 60 times per minute with Xbox and Sony servers. According to some developers, including Zen, they can only communicate up to around 15-20 times with

  • servers. For Zen in particular, this is/was part of the reason the leaderboards on the Pinball games never seemed to work properly. One can only hope, with 'NX' looming on the horizon, Nintendo has increased the capabilities of its Network/infrastructure. What ever, Star Fox Zero will be a day one purcase for me. Take care buddy, all the best.
