Does anyone know how to run from the southeast of Hyrule to the back of the blacksmith's house in time using Pegasus' boots (in the Mini game)?

Well, there is this Zora Queen behind a waterfall in Hyrule. She is unexplainably bloating because a smooth gem was taken from her pool by a theif. You will find the theif near Saharashla's house. Sneak up behind him as a painting (else he will run away) and confront him. He will tell you he sold it to a merchant in Kakariko Village. Also he will give you his shoes, the PEGASUS BOOTS
