    I am on level 99 and have already beaten the final boss but it dosnt only depend on how high leveld you are. In this game it also depends on what tactik you use. ( even with level 99 it wasnt easy to defeat the final boss)

    You should at least have one who masterd white mage because of the healing skills. A templar is good too because he can do rempart wich protects the party each from one physical attack competly. The other two should be in charge of causing damage to the enemy.

    Just level up to 99 ( you cant level more up then 99). And master the white mage and templars job ( level 14 is the highest job level). Then you should be fine.And buy good equipment and items. And make sure you have good friends that you can summon with the pendant.
