    Get pokemon transporter (it should be available to download from pokebank screen) and put in Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 and then you can transfer box no. 1 to Pokebank.

    Sorry for late comment but ivs are individual values and every pokemon has it for every stat. It is a number between 1 and 31. If it is 31 then the stat will be brilliant. If it is 1 it will be bad.

    Natures boost 1 of a pokemon's stats by 10% and decreases another by 10%. I think that 4 of the natures don't do anything.
