...Has its drivers record their races and post them on YouTube, and after a while they do an official race highlights, edited from these videos, with actual commentary as if it were an F1 race.

...Now I know not everyone can record, but do you think it would be a good idea to have as many drivers as possible record their perspectives of the races and post them somehow, and I (or someone)...

...could edit and provide commentary? I know that's nearly impossible with a 3DS game, but on Wii U, especially since everyone has their own GamePads to play on so recording the TV wouldn't be too...
