I just ran into a guy who was running a cloakless N7 infiltrator. And I really cant understand why someone would limit himself like that. Hope the guy who ran him sees this post and comments on this^^

    btw he was using a level 19 char so being low level cant be the reason. Anyone else feel like commenting on possible reasons why someone might think not speccing in tac cloak could be a good idea?

    I also don't use a cloak on the shadow it's pointless. The shadow is unstoppable with its shadow strike. It's far more valuable to spend the points leveling that up.

    Hmm well I normally just skip electric slash, really dont care for that ability. Tac Cloak just has so much use both as damage multiplier and when you need to revive a teammate/ disable an objective.

    Electric slash is amazing. It can take out an entire squad and it moves through walls. I find it more useful than the cloak
