Devi trovare lo Scanner a Ciclamare (si trova sott'acqua, ma non si vede, devi premere A in giro nella parte nord–est), portarlo a Remo a Porto Selcepoli, che ti darà la Campana Chiara. Torna a Ciclamare e guarda sulla parte nord e dovresti trovare l'anello con dentro Lugia.

Devi passare su tutti i blocchi di ghiaccio, così sblocchi le scale per salire e continui così. Segnati i percorsi giusti da fare, perché devi calpestare tutti i blocchi di ghiaccio e arrivare vicino alle scale, altrimenti cadrai di sotto e devi ricominciare da capo!
