    Well you can get them through cheating devices, but because the ability still isn't legal on snivy, the game prevents it from being sent in any online trades.

    No one has a snivy frend safari. Snivy can't be found in the friend safari. Only the kanto and kalos starters can be found there.

    Unfortunately, there are still a lot of pokemon that can't be found in the friend safari, including snivy and the rest of the unova strters, which is why all of their hidden abilities are still illegal.
