Can I evolve Dusclops by giving it the appropriate item, put it on GTS and take it back? I don't really trust that people would give my Pokémon back.

    It won't evolve if you take it back. If you also have X/Y, you can also put a junky pokemon on the GTS for a dusclops in XY, then go onto ORAS and complete the trade to evolve it. Thenbusebthe same method to send it back to ORAS.
