    use rare candies, they boost your pokemon up one level for each one used. or use lucky egg, which doubles the amount of experience a pokemon recieves as long that pokemon particapated in battle.

    If you have x or y you could try trading your pokemon to that game and use o powers lucky egg and train them at the battle cheateu I found the battle cheateu very helpful.
