    Trade for it. Either that, or you can sometime find dittos on the daily mirage islands or in mirage caves. You can use the dexnav to try to get dittos with 3 guaranteed IVs there. Unfortunately, if you want a ditto with 6 perfect IVs, that's still a 1/32,000 chance with the dexnav.

    After you beat groudon/kyogre and get access to soaring, you can find mirage areas. The mirage area you can find changes per day, but you can get more by streetpassing or passing by people online.
