    So your underwater, then you go down the big steps, then once your down there, what you will do is you will go to your right, (when facing the wall) then go down the stairs, take a short left, a couple tiles or so, the go right again and then boom. It is yours. If you are going after Lugia be careful not to let it's HP go too low. It has the move Struggle.
