I nearly have Every legendary (cant get Kyogre and i didn't know i would fight deoxys) and how do you get to cresselia's island what requirements do i have to complete to get there?

    From your wording I'm assuming you didn't catch Deoxys? According to what I read, it will reappear if you defeat the E4 again. You should still be able to get it.
