Question

quick question: 1) should my greninja hold the life orb and thundurus-T hold the choice band or 2) should my greninja hold the focus sash and my thundurus holds the life orb

    i would give the life orb for greninja because it needs the extra power from that item to be a offensive threat. i don't know why you would run physical thundurus? what's its moveset?

    lol well congrats! you beat my in-game team! metagross and gallade aren't even EV trained well. I was suprised I lasted that much! how do you like my swellow? I should of went for the tailwind and risked it instead of a safe flame orb fly.

    if you are running choice band, i would replace foul play for u-turn because the former uses the target's attack stat for the damage calcs and the latter is useful for momentum and fits well on choiced sets. i would use wild charge for a more powerful STAB and replace brick break for superpower for extra power (and you'll be switching since you are choiced). knock off is a good option to use.

    i need to know what your team looks like so i can suggest on which pokemon to use. i don't think physical thundurus-t is any good imo. it's more of a special attacker. however thundurus-i can be a fun physical sweeper w/ defiant as its hidden ability.

    my team (without thundurus): greninja heatran sceptile dragonite aegislash /(i'm thinking landorus-T w/choice scarf evs 252 attack 200 speed 56 hp adamant/jolly nature: u-turn, earthquake, rock slide, superpower)

    i would say it's fine. having 252 evs on spd would be good to outspeed more pokemon. stone edge may be needed for extra power but rock slide is fine if the accuracy is an issue. again, knock off is there for coverage and utility.
