    maybe its glitched like smikeys did, that box and the 2 you mentioned are the only ones i can find sorry. i'll let smikey know incase he can help you .

    & the third button is where lordi posted near the pyramids (by the level that glitched for me with the paper clip) If you've got all 3 (as I suspect you have) press start to check the menu & make sure all levels have got a gold button. Unfortunately if they have it's glitched on collection & you'll never get 100% without restarting. (it seems to randomly happen for some people including me)
