    It's an event only pokemon, so you can't find it anywhere. The event to get the code is already over, so you'll have to trade for one or see if you can find an unused diancie code for XY (I believe they don't expire till february.)

    Get it from GAME (the promotion has probably ended by now, though), or get one via trading. As far as i know, there is currently no way to obtain a new one. Which is unfortunate.
