I've got a Lv 100 Pkmn and I'm flying on Latios on OR and I haven't seen a mirage cloud to catch Reshiram/Zekrom. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?

it is not a cloud it is an island, to the north of hoenn, name is "Fabled Cave"

you dont catch them in a cloud! you catch them in a cave. thier is a small island close to mauville city, thier should be a star thing over it. and you land and reshiram in OR and zeckrom in AS
