    What do you mean with special class exactly? If you want to upgrade into the upper one, just use a master or second seal after level 10. If you meant the DLC ones, it's the same, you'll just need a Dread Scroll or a Wedding Bouquet.

    Hero is upgraded from a Mercenary by using a Master Seal. Some Merceneries in-game are Gregor etc. If you want to transform a character into a Mercenary, use a second seal at LV.10.
