So it seems even the most highly thought of developers are capable of some awfull game design - the almost unavoidable instant death against jubileus is vitually game ruining, the sort of rubbish I wouldn't expect to see in a modern game. A shame as silly designs like that can really ruin your enjoyment of a game.
