    You could try to level up the Monk class to level 11 so they learn Pressure Point which does a TON of damage. Note that this takes up 1 BP.

    I'd still try out every job though to see if any of the skills are useful and Red Mages have some pretty good passive skills. (I also like to use their magic as second for my Arcanist sometimes when I need my main healer for other stuff because Arcanists mostly need the status effects and this way they can heal as well.) As for hints against Fiore (although you already beat him):
