So I've been fascinated by the concept of time and I love awakening but one thing Erks(<=Intended) me. See If the Kids from the future stay in the past and Alter the future, their personalities are going to change, and will not remember what has happened so for all those people who married Lucina for example In the future once Grima is Dead will simply Lose their her and Morgan due to the↓↓↓↓

    Future being altered. So Lucina, Morgan and the others will simply either fade away or will remember nothing of you. Which brings me to why Can you keep killing Grima after beating the game once? well It's a theory, but Killing Grima causes a time loop (which is basically A set period of time repeated over and Over) so he can never be killed So S/he becomes impossible to defeat You think you've↓↓↓

    However, Even though that's a Possibility what's also a Possibility is the Many worlds theory where in essence what decisions you make in life there will be an alternate dimension where another (or the other) decision will take place so The kids risen and Grima are yes from another Future but also Dimension where Grima has Won and the parents were killed. This also explains Morgans Origin as ↓↓↓

    I think the thing that you need to consider is that no matter what, the future is not written. Travel back through time would change the attributes of the world at that point and send it down an entirely different path. When Lucina and the others arrive, in the present, the events that transpired in their future wouldn't happen as they did. ↓ ↓ ↓

    Because of how the events transpire in the newly shaped timeline, they create a branching possibility which is technically something entirely fair because the Grima future would then be inaccessible as opposed to the final outcome. In this sense, the kids escaped death in their timeline and simply begin anew in ours.

    Ever played Chronotrigger on the SNES, or Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time? Well that's where time travelling became so well polished in videogame storytelling, i'm thinking they should release at least Chronotrigger on the virtual console, let's just hope so!
