    I'm... not sure taking Ignis AND Luna is the best approach...? I might be wrong, but didn't they have the exact same activation ratio?

    Both of their trigger chances are Skill%. In case of having Luna and Ignis, it will first check whether Luna activates. If it, Luna triggers. If it does not, the game checks whether Ignis triggers, and that might or might not happen.
