    Lots of characters have similar mannerisms. Both, Olivia and Lucina will say "Hello, (Name). Sleep well tonight" in the barracks if the player marries them.

    I realise that, I was trying to make a joke with how the greetings are pretty much the same. Also, Say'ri has that same night greeting as well if you're married to her (with "Well met" instead of "Hello" just like in the screenshot I posted)
