  Those are not earrings. They are wish tags. If you look what Jirachi is based of it makes sense. Also NO pokémon wears anything just like real animals. Anything that looks like clothes is part of thier bodies.

  You are right! It didn't cross my mind. I knew none of the pokemon wears something but in this case they look very similar to earrings. Each pokemon is a work of art!

  In gen 4 and 5 they had pokémon dressup but sometimes the size of the clothes was different compared to the pokémon size. In 3D customization is very difficult to do. It would be cool if they brought it back. It would make your pokémon more unique. For example a Scraggy with sun glasses, a Eevee with a small bow, a Greninja with a ninja mask or a Chimchar wearing a pair of gold hoop earrings.

  Yes, I remember the dress up contest. You are right about the 3D part. Since pokemon sizes are more accurate now it is extremely difficult to create all the possible combinations. Unless they could find an automated scale function for all the accessories.

  They would need amounts in the game. They would be the scale, rotation and location for every accessory on every pokémon. That is not including animations. Or they can have the paws, feet or head specified on each pokémon model and the game can auto adjust it when they animate. But they still have to do that for all 721 Pokémon including their alternate forms, mega, primals and gender differences.

  We probably will not see it any time soon. I do have some experience with 3D for around 1 or 2 years i spent some of my free time messing around with 3d modeling programs(free ones). I didn't really do anything complicated. But I know much about programing which also do sometimes. In OR/AS i thought walking pokémon was going to come back but that did not either. That would not be too hard to add.

  Since we didn't see any pokemon core game announcement at E3 the new game should have something big. ORAS didn't add something extremely special in my opinion. I was bored of it far more quickly than XY. I set a personal hour record in my X game. We'll see what Gamefreak will think of next...

  I still playing because im trying to complete the Pokédex. 151/721 so far. I am sure we are not getting a Pokémon game this year. But Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon looks to be awsome based on the trailers! I liked playing the first one, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Red/Blue Rescue Team. I still have not done Purity Forest. I thought we were getting Pokémon X2/Y2 but now I think the next game is Gen 7.
