    It was Alternis himself to be honest, just the way he acted reminded me of Ringabel a lot... I've been thinking it since around chapter 2 I think?

    water boss: first,note that her party-wide water attack negates default. also, the attack is physical (you probably now that). so you whan`t to raise DEF with a performer. as her clones, a easy way to recognize the real one is too look at the lower screen just when the clone emerges. you schould see the reall one has -1BP. (cont)

    the clones has 0 DEF. so a valkery`s (possibly with spell fencer sub-abilty to infuse weapon with thunder) cresent moon is helpfull. fire boss: have a templar use rampart (if you learned it yet) to survive it`s burst attack. after that just spam attacks on it untill it spam it`s shield again. otherwise, a performer is again handy too raise`s everyone`s DEF.

    @sascha So basically re-do what I did last time for the water boss. Didn't think to use Rampent though for the fire boss though, thanks!

    2 more things: *DEF-piercing attacks negates the fire boss shield. *i think you need to use bravely second too 1-hit KO the earth boss with a elexir.

    I have my vampire Ringabel use rampart every battle. Its just such a good ability! Then I have Ninja - pirate Tiz go ape on the enemy!

    I get the sense I'm unleveled so I think I'll grind to level 60 first. Thanks for the help though!

    @rebacca: job levels matters more in the end of the game then regular levels, though you do whan`t to grind to LV60. also, florem is the best option for grinding duo those little flower enemies giving loads of EXP and JP. i also suggest setting the encounter rate at 0% so you always get some EXP, JP and items from them.
