    They are gifts from events or updates but I don't know if you can buy them. Maybe from bonuses of other products or downloading codes ...

    Now you can try to obtain one if you place wery high in the MegaManectrik competition. In the EU competition you should place in the first 3000 position to receive it, I don't know for the US.^_^
