    You're missing the point. See, the parent is actually very important. They can alter classes inherited, stat mods, etc. I could've just said Brady or Laurent, and you wouldn't know any classes/stat mods they inherited from their father since I didn't specify clearly. For all you know, Chrom could've been the father of Brady.

    I know the significance the parents can have in passing skills on. So you're marrying people based on the combination of skills? If that's the case then it makes sense; I pair them based on how well they get on together.

    I see. Skills aren't everything though, stat mods have to be taken into consideration. For example, you could have Lissa marry Frederick for Owain getting Lunatic, or because you ship them. But, Fred and Lissa's stats are very different, so the resulting Owain may not be exactly the right build you were hoping to get.

    I know. I don't know every characters' stat mods so I just base it on the love they have and very loosely on skills. Also, I'm just trying to collect as many support conversations as possible.
