    With the glitch if you do the A+B spin and zoom start timed well it can go down to 2 seconds. The normal way i have done a 51 second time, see my activity feed from two weeks ago roughly and youl find it...

    Thank you. I somehow managed to surpass your time, I believe... that course is too precise for me, with those bumpers. The amount of resets I've had was ridiculous.

    Hi Josh, i just gave this another go today, almost broke into the 49, choked a bit on final lap so it would have happened. il def go for that on GBA too as i think i had a mid high 50 there.

    You should be proud of that time, Sami. It's very good. Sorry to hear about Lap 3. I tried it again last night - only could get 51:13. I think I'll come back to this later, but I'll keep an eye out for when you get under 50 in the MKSS community.

    Awh really? I feel you'd say that to anyone, haha. Is there a difference between the NTSC & PAL versions? I used to have a PAL SNES w/ Super Mario All-Stars but threw it away, sadly.

    Seriously i remember some guys in Canada back in 1999 worked their way up to #1 within the year on NTSC. For many years i trained people, i feel old as Yoda lol NTSC is a little faster, wider turn angles, shorter boosts, bigger jumps slightly.. i prefer PAL as i also grew up with it. If you get a PAL snes again with SMK you can compare to the UK ranks, plus city / county regions. Cool stuff!

    Will you continue to train people? Do you see yourself stopping any time soon? I feel inadequate when I need to watch other peoples' trials to find out the best ways to drive. I can only promise to think about it. I think that what you're doing is admirable. ... My older brothers would love you, but I'm sorry; I despise Star Wars!

    Well as get older less and less time but i try help out when i can. Star Wars i like cos it is a deep family story, people just see it as a run of the mill science fiction film. Everyone has their faves. anyway back to subject of the thread. Theres lots of new players getting involved, the original kart communities are growing.

    Tehe, "Thread". I'm sure you meant Post, Mr. Forum? Regardless it's nice to know communities for old MK games even exist, let alone grow. You can rest assured you'll be the first person I inform if I decide to play competitive SMK TT's.
