    It is 34 seconds, you can use the shroom in a particular place near start to bounce round whole track in short time. i did a slightly safer route on GBA back in 2002 and got 45 seconds. My niece shroomed from 2nd corner across gap and made around 51-52 or something. There are hundreds round globe who had in the 40-50 range, was popular Time Trial course in Japan then too :)
