Absolutely love it! Though Pro controller support would be appreciated. *winks at Nintendo*

  • How should the Super Jump work with the Pro Controller? They'd have to map at least five (or six or more? There's a secondary weapon that creates such points) jump locations to buttons.

  • Friik has a good point but I'd still love to see it implemented somehow, mainly because the Gamepad just has such terrible battery life.

  • @Daze: There's an official battery with extended capacity available from Nintendo, I think for about €20 or less. I've got it and now my Gamepad lasts for six hours. It makes it a bit heavier though, but not too much.

  • The whole super jump done on Gamepad is just a forced feature. You could have a button to bring up a shadow of the map and quickly toggle the mate you want to jump to. You can't jump freely anyway so it'd actually be faster to jump without having to get your hand of the pad. The Ink Strike is the only thing where you need free touch.

  • Or you could bring the map out with a button and then have the jump locations indicated as different button each so that you can simply go "Ah, I want to jump to B!"

  • Why not have the controls fully customizable anyway? I have died about five times with my Bubbler ready just because it's inconvienient to press the stick while using it for camera. Meanwhile there are two face buttons completely without any function.
