    It's really just practice. I have a spare 3DS so I can use that to practise a little, although it's not perfect because I don't have any coins on it so can't use a Complexity. But the Absol level has no disruptions so can be used to simulate Disruption Delay. Use a weak team to get the full minute in. If you don't have a spare 3DS you can still practise but it costs hearts of course.

    J'ai deux 3DSes. Mon deuxième 3DS que je n'utilise pas normalement. Spare = old, unused. Pokemon -1 is Complexity -1 in English, yeah I do use it - to get a better score I buy all the items.
