    The grammar's a bit informal but it's fine. Are you confused about "ever easier"? That's a valid construction, don't worry. It just means it keeps getting easier every level.

    The bit that starts "Plus," is the informal bit. Technically that's not how plus is supposed to be used, in proper English but it doesn't really matter except in official writing. Like applying for a job or schoolwork.
