A question for the pro's : if i have a piece of equipment with, for example, 2 Run Speed Up sub abilities and another piece with 1 Run Speed Up sub, do I still get the full ability (because 1 sub ability = 1/3 normal effectiveness) or do I have to try to get the 3 subs on a single piece of clothing for the ability to activate?
