    its the wifi. make sure nobody else is using it as it will improve your wifi speed by reducing traffic. or just get better wifi

    Blaze is totally right. And I have an in-battle solution! Stand still or squid in circles for a bit, then try inking again. If the same thing happens, stand or squid for a while longer. Keep trying and you will be able to ink again! The longest I've had to wait is 10 secs. Good luck, happy splatting, and stay fresh!

    also remember that in some cases you can still splat people even if your ink doesnt appear on the ground, so you can still defend youself
