Tja, jetzt ist es offiziell, Nintendo hat meine Mail beantwortet: wer solch ein Problem hat wie ich gerade (Screenshot), hat von Nintendo absolut keine Hilfe zu erwarten. "Es tut uns leid... blablabla" "Wir wünschen Ihnen dennoch... blablabla" Danke für nichts, Nintendo. Genau wie mein letzter Kontakt mit euch. Inkompetent und verschwendete Zeit für mich. Ich hab aber nichts anderes erwartet.

    Das ist übrigens auch ein Grund dafür, warum ich für zusätzliche Spielinhalte kein echtes Geld ausgebe. Das wäre nämlich jetzt alles unwiederbringlich weg und komplett zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Lasst euch das eine Lehre sein! Kundenorientierter Service oder Kulanz bei Nintendo? FEHLANZEIGE! Bin bei denen schon einmal auf die Schnauze gefallen.

    Versuch mal folgendes: Geh auf eShop und dann auf Pokémon Rumble World. Wenn du dann runter scrollst, findest du eine Schaltfläche "Reparieren". Vielleicht klappts ja.

    Hab ich auch schon probiert. Ich werde es wohl löschen und dann dabei belassen. Ich war sowieso an einem Punkt angekommen, an dem man ohne echtes Geld nur noch sehr zäh weitergekommen konnte (siehe ein älterer Beitrag von mir). Pay2Win halt. Der so genannte Kundenservice von Nintendo, der seinen Namen nicht verdient, wird allerdings nochmal eine gepfefferte Mail von mir bekommen.
