    Because 3DS is not fast enough for it! You need a rather powerful processor and more than just...90 MByte of ram. 3DS would never be able to achieve it. Not even New 3DS (which is about 6x as powerful as 3DS) would be fast enough for it! You need at least a 1 Ghz-processor for such complex games. Another problem: You don`t have enough buttons on 3DS for this game. 8 buttons are required!
