    Once you complete the G3 urgent, you get a G-special permit, which let's you tackle even more quests, the hardest in the game. What you see above is a scroll of which you get a bunch after getting your G-special permit, which unlocks some of those quests. As you complete these scrolls, you go from a bronze crown to a gold crown.

    You don't get it simply form Elder Dragons either. I'm pretty sure I've gotten symbols from early High Rank quests. Tougher quests, do add more symbols at a time, though.
