    i bought a new router (technicolor)for home use.note that my old connection was for office use.if you have a 3ds,get smash ,or if you cant, get triforce heroes demo.Try the multiplayer and if it doesnt work,its your internet connection.if it works,its your wii u.hope I helped!tell me if that works!
